Tigers

While things here at our house have been less than normal this fall, we were able to experience something incredibly unusual in IL. After picking up Patrick in Chicago Friday night, we saw a big tent in the parking lot and decided to return on Saturday while we were there to pick up some other stuff. At "the Shoppes at College Hills," we found a carnival like atmosphere and had to check it out. A group of volunteers and employees were traveling across the country raising money and awareness about the level of endangerment of tigers. They had abandonded and injured baby tigers with them that you could watch play and pet. Of course, getting to pet them and have a picture take with the tiger was the major fundraiser. So we got a family picture taken with a baby tiger.
